Health Reset Journey | 10-Day Cleanse Grocery List

I've always had a sweet tooth, but lately, it's been a bit out of control. I can't seem to control my urge to eat sweet and sugary things, which has caused me to feel sluggish and gain weight.




One day I was trying on my favorite pair of jeans and couldn't seem to zip them up. I tried every way to get them to zip, but I never succeeded.


My weight has always fluctuated, but never for this long. For the past two years, it feels like whatever I do, I can't shake the weight or my unhealthy habits.


I began to notice that I couldn't fit some of my favorite clothes, even after I started going to the gym again. I became more and more discouraged to try to make healthier choices because I didn't see any results, which led me to seek out a health reset. I found JJ Smith's 10-Day Smoothie Cleanse book that has proven results of boosting weight loss, increasing energy levels, and improving my overall health.


I started off by reading the cleanse book and making notes on how I could modify things to fit my busy lifestyle. Here's the grocery list from the book. For my snacks, I chose to go with things I know I love and won't get tired of eating. I added tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, raw pistachios, and oranges to my list.
